Dr. Robert Martin: Orthopedic Specialist

Dr. Robert A. Martin is a 1976 graduate of the Auburn University School of Veterinary Medicine, and completed a residency in Small Animal Surgery in 1983 at Cornell University.  He is a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Surgeons.  He is able to perform many specialty surgeries.  He is particularly interested in doing non-emergency orthopedic procedures, such as tibial tuberosity advancement (TTA) for large dogs.  Dr. Martin will be in Staunton one day each month.  Any preliminary radiographs and laboratory workups done by another veterinarian will be helpful when Dr. Martin examines your animal.  Please call with your referral.
